Customer-Controlled MeetingRoom™ Layout
February 17, 2003
For Immediate Release
Voxwire Systems Inc. has announced that its customers can
now control the online MeetingRoom™ layout. There are
4 options that can be selected on the Configuration Panel from
within the Account Log-In.
The default layout shows the co-browser on top with the attendance
list and voice controls in the lower left and the text chat
window in the lower right. The new customer-controlled option
allows the user to invert that if they prefer to have the browser
on the bottom.
That is referred to as a "horizontal layout" which
accommodates pages and slides with the need for wide layouts
and to minimize side-to-side scroll bars.
Voxwire customers can also select a "vertical layout" if
that accommodates their needs more effectively. This is often
the case when they are using their MeetingRoom™ primarily
for voice and text chat.
Individual users and guests can enlarge or shrink the entire
Room or any of the 3 individual components to suit their personal
preferences. The software remembers the settings for their
next session. The default layout can be re-selected at any
time.
