Voxwire Affiliate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Becoming an affiliate is simple and straightforward. Below
are the most frequently asked questions concerning the Voxwire Affiliate program. We suggest
reading each question in order. Use can jump to different sections in the left sidebar
under Affiliate Information.
1. What do I need to become a Voxwire Affiliate?
There is nothing required, no fees or setup costs of any kind. You don't
even need to have a web conferencing account with Voxwire. You just
need a desire to make money, and 5 minutes of your time to sign up and get started.
You do not need a website (although having a web site will help you earn
commissions quicker). You can promote Voxwire's products and services
via search engines, postings on Internet blogs and forums, or by simply emailing your friends and
people you know.
All you need to do is to send visitors to the Voxwire web site via a special link
(called your Voxwire "affiliate link"). When the visitor buys web conferencing products
and services from Voxwire, you will get 100% of the first month's recurring service
fee.
For instance, let's say someone signs up through you for a 200-person Voxwire Meeting Room. This room
has a monthly recurring fee of $259. You would be paid $259 as a commission -- 100% of the customer's
first month's bill!
Be sure to read the complete Affiliate & Reseller Terms and Conditions for
additional details.
2. How do I know I will be paid for my referrals?
The Voxwire Affiliate Program is powered by the
Voxwire Affiliate Account Manager.
The Voxwire Affiliate Account Manager uses a combination of cookies
and IP addresses to reliably track referrals in real time. When a visitor
follows your affiliate link to the Voxwire web site, our affiliate
system registers this referral and places a tracking cookie on their computer.
When the visitor subscribes to one of our monthly web conferencing products or services,
the affiliate system credits the sale to your affiliate account (100% of the first
month's recurring service fee).
This process is automatic and very reliable. You have access to the
Voxwire Affiliate Account Manager in real time to check your
statistics, view sales, monitor web traffic, see account balances and track
how your banners are performing at any time.
3. How are payments handled?
Voxwire offers payments via PayPal, so be sure to keep your PayPal email address accurately updated
in your affiliate account details. We also offer payouts as a credit to your Voxwire web conferencing
account balance (to be used towards the purchase of any of our products or services).
Payments are issued in US dollars, and paid
once a month, on the 1st
of the month for the amount of 'approved' funds in your affiliate account.
All commissions are processed and completed after 31 days from the original
date of sale/commission to protect against fraud or early
cancellations.
For example: You refer a web visitor who subscribes to Voxwire on
the 15th of March for a $259/month web conferencing account. You will
immediately see the $259 commission marked "pending" inside your affiliate
account on the 15th of March. On April 16th (31 days later) the $259
commission will be marked "approved" instead of "pending" inside your affiliate
account -- as long as that $259 web conferencing account remains in good standing to the 31st day.
Then on the 1st of May (the next payment processing period) your approved
funds can be issued to you via PayPal.
4. How do I set up an account?
Setting up your Voxwire Affiliate Account takes just a couple of minutes and is completely FREE.

or place ads in pay-per-click search engines, so you can start sending customers to the Voxwire
web site.
5. What is the affiliate link?
The Affiliate link is a unique web URL you place on your web site, Internet postings, or emails so
that the Voxwire Affiliate System can detect and credit you for visitors you refer to
our web site. You will get the web URL's for several ready-made web banners in your affiliate
control panel after you sign up and log in. It's as simple as copying the code to your

TIPS to make money with the Voxwire Affiliate Program
- Write a review of some the Voxwire web conferencing products and services, letting people know how great the quality and service is for you.
Include your affiliate link at the end of the review. Post your review to free sites such
as GoArticles.com & EzineArticles.com.
- Create a free blog (web log) at sites such as Blogger.com, and post your review of our web conferencing products and services, including your affiliate link. Then "ping" your blog at a site such as Pingomatic.com, so it gets picked up quickly by search engines.
- Join popular marketing forums such as WarriorForum.com, and make frequent contributions to popular threads.
Be sure to go into your forum profile and edit your "signature." Make a signature that includes your affiliate link,
or a link to your Voxwire web conferencing "review" website or article. That way, every time you make a post, anyone who sees it will see your
signature and potentially click on your affiliate link.
- Once every few weeks, post a press release at PRweb.com, in which you include your favorable review of Voxwire,
along with your affiliate link. If you pay them $80, they will guarantee that your press release is picked up by all major search
engines, potentially sending you thousands of visitors.
- If you own an email list of newsletter subscribers or other people who have opted in to receive email offers from you,
you can send them an email telling them about Voxwire's web conferencing services and link them either directly
to our web site or your own review web site that has your affiliate web links already included.
*NOTE: We do not tolerate spamming in
any way.
- Pay-Per-Click (PPC):
Using a PPC account from Google Adwords, Overture, or many others, you can easily generate income with the Voxwire affiliate program.
You can either send people directly to us using your affiliate link in your PPC ads, or you can create your own website in which you have
a review of our product, followed by your affiliate tracking link.
- Ensure your promotions are acceptable per our Affiliate & Reseller Terms and Conditions.
Tips and tricks to earn more as an affiliate
- From our experience, you will get the best results from writing your own product reviews, even if it's short.
You don't have to be a good writer. Just write what you really think about Voxwire's web conferencing products and services.
When you publish your product review, use your affiliate link to send users to the website.
- You will have better conversions (someone who completes a sale) if you'll put your web visitors into a pre-sold mood before sending them to the Voxwire web site.
Pre-sold mood means that you build interest in product and the visitor has decided to potentially buy it after they read your product review.
- Try to think like a visitor, when they come to your page from a review or affiliate link. You should draw their attention, build curiosity
or feeling that they might want some form of web conferencing solution.
- Experiment with different banners, text links, or reviews. Keep using the ones which bring good results, and change the others.
Sometimes only changing a few words, or the color of a link can mean a big difference.
