Advertisement Submission Guidelines
While there is no maximum number of advertisements or ad sizes you may purchase, there are certain minimums. You may purchase as many ad blocks as you like. The minimum purchase is a single ad block (10pixels by 10 pixels).
When you 'buy' ad blocks from this site, you will not in any way 'own' any part of the site or the advertising page(s). Your purchase only grants you the right to submit an ad image and URL link, which will then be published on the advertising page(s) that you chose, in the respective space that you have paid for.
The duration of your advertisement is based on the specified length of time as defined when you purchased your advertisement. You will have the option to renew your advertisement if you choose.
The Voxwire Advertiser area that you have access to once you have signed up, allows you to place your advertisements on various advertising locations where there is unreserved space. There are advanced features within this advertiser area that allow you to change the image associated with your advertisement(s), the advertisement description and the URL link to where you would like your advertisement to go when clicked. This gives you the flexibility to change your advertisement(s) anytime and as much as you wish, thereby giving you maximum flexibility over your advertisement(s) space allocation.
All advertising purchases are FINAL. So, once your ad image and link is purchased, approved, and published within your chosen advertising location, there will be NO refunds.
ZERO TOLERANCE FOR ANY "QUESTIONABLE" LINKS OR IMAGES.
Websites based on any of following subject matter(s) are STRICTLY prohibited and will be subject to immediate image/link removal:
- pornographic and/or adult only websites
- Domains containing any words indicating or implying a website has adult content (sex, porn, etc).
- racism/hate sites
- contain virus or other malicious code
- any website prohibited by law
- any website promoting violence or illegal activity
- any content to be determined
Images not allowed:
- any image containing nudity or sex
- any image containing hate/racist symbols or images
- any image prohibited by law
- any image promoting violence or illegal activity
- any image that may be slanderous or libelous
- any image implying a website may have adult content will be subject to review
- any image content to be determined
Ad Descriptions not allowed:
- any text reference to sex or adult-only content
- any text containg profanity or curse words
- any text related to hate or racism (hate speech)
- any text prohibited by law
- any text promoting violence or illegal activity
- any image that may be slanderous or libelous
- any text content to be determined
Any advertisement that contains any of the above identified components will NOT BE TOLERATED within the Voxwire Chat Room Advertising Program. At the sole discretion of the editor(s) of the Voxwire Chat Room Advertising Program, ANY offending links and pictures will be immediately removed, and all advertising space and purchase(s) will be forfeited. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS made to these advertisers.
Once an advertisement is approved, if the originally submitted image and link is changed or redirected in any way to that of any offensive link or images as stated above, the EXACT same action will be IMMEDIATELY taken.

Voxwire Chat Room Advertising is not responsible for the content of external sites and images featured within the various advertising locations.
By submitting the ad image and the link, you deem yourself authorized and fully responsible to make such a submission. Voxwire Chat Room Advertising cannot be held liable or responsible for any inappropriate submissions, trademark or copyright infringements submitted and published by our advertisers.
In the event, the subject of your advertisement(s) cease to exist or has been permanently removed, you may have your image and link either removed from the advertising location or change your advertisement to a new location of your choosing for the remainder of your Advertising term, However, if you choose to have your advertising completely removed, NO refund will be granted and the advertising space will again become publicly available for resale.
All advertising space that is purchased must have images that match the exact size you have paid for and must be in either GIF (non-animated) or JPEG format, and a reasonable file size.
Use your image editor to verify that the picture intended for submission is the exact size. Size must be rounded off to decimals of 10 i.e. 10x10, 20x10 etc. Images that are not in multiples of 10 will not be allowed!
Links must be to WWW-based web pages only and must begin with http:// or https:// ONLY!
You may not sub-let or re-sell your ad blocks.
Funds must be received and fully cleared before any ad blocks or links will be approved and published within any advertising location.
Voxwire Chat Room Advertising uses top rated servers situated in the USA. As with any Internet presence, there might be the occasional downtime for site maintenance, but these will be kept to a minimum and should be extremely rare! Consequently, Voxwire Chat Room Advertising makes absolutely no guarantees to the uptime of these advertising locations.
Although the Voxwire Chat Room Advertising program has many automated capabilities, we purposefully and individually approve each submission before allowing the advertisements to be actively published. While we strive for updates every 2-3 hours, it could be as long as 24-48 hours before an advertisement could be published especially if the advertisements are purchased during a weekend or USA holiday period. Use this time frame to see when your image and link go live after submission.
The mouse-over description associated with each advertisement can be up to 50 characters.
Payments are processed through PayPal. You DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to pay with your credit card using the PayPal payment services. If you need to make a payment through check, money order, or other method, please contact us using our Contact Form found HERE.
Although not mandatory, we certainly would appreciate a link from your web page back to the Voxwire Chat Room Advertising program as a gesture of goodwill. Just as your site will benefit in the search engine rankings from our site linking to your web page, our site will also benefit from our advertisers linking to us.
