The MeetingRoom owner has complete control over what their guests see when they enter the online Room. It can be your company web page, your picture, a chart, instructions, or anything you choose. You can change it as often as you wish.

We have simple templates for slide presentations that let the presenter click on a navigation frame on their screen that advances the slides on their guest's screens. So you can "show" while you "tell". This makes conference calls old-fashioned and obsolete.
