We encourage you to use the Voxwire MeetingRoom at no risk. You may request a full refund anytime within your first 30 days using this form.

If you cancel the entire account, access and billing will stop immediately and any remaining paid portions will be forfeited. So you may want to cancel toward the end of your billing period to maximize use.
