Share PresentationIn order to use this feature, you must turn it on in your Room Configuration Panel. Presentation Sharing is available as a "beta testing" feature. Please experiment with it before using it in an important meeting so you will learn how to use it and to know its limitations. When you are using the Share Presentation feature, you are publishing files from your own PC to our servers which are broadcasting those visuals to your guests. So Presentation Sharing uses much more bandwidth than the basic voice/follow-me browser, and text chat features. Therefore, it is important to limit the size of the PowerPoint files. Also, page-loading speed and voice quality may be affected by the number of participants, and definitely by their connection speed. So it will work best with smaller groups and high speed connections. Please let us know your observations as you test this feature. Also please note, when you upload your presentations, it is automatically convereted to a smaller size, more suitable for sharing across the Internet. This process necessarily reduces heavy graphics, so keep that in mind as you create your presentations. We would appreciate hearing from you to know how you are using it, if you find bugs (please provide as much detail and if possible screenshots), and other general comments that will help us make this feature work better.
