The screenshot above shows the Voxwire Meeting Room in full view with all three integrated components. The standard configuration is with the Visual Screen on top, the Participant List on the lower left and the Text Chat on the lower right. But you can resize and re-arrange the 3 components to suit your own preferences. Notice the name area in the top blue bar. You can name your Meeting Room and change it as often as you wish.

The green bubble identifies the current speaker. When someone else presses their control key, they are queued into line in the order in which they press their key. Users who have been muted will have a red bubble next to their name. You can have as many moderators or presenters as you wish. With the click of a button, you can mute all guests except moderators. You can even expel or ban people from your Room. Moderators have total control.

Each guest has individual volume and speaker controls. The color-coded meter shows the quality of the connection. Above that is the number of current participants and the Room capacity. With large groups, a scroll bar is automatically added so you can see all the guest's names.

Participants in your MeetingRoom can easily send group or private text messages. This allows people without microphones to participate. Room owners have complete control over this feature. You can configure your room to allow public and private text chatting, public only, or disable it altogether and then turn it on at the end of a presentation for questions and answers.
