Server Options

Most MeetingRoom customers do not need to consider server options. Servers are for advanced users with large rooms over 1000 seats or for Resellers and Service providers wanting to offer their own branded Web Conferencing products. Voxwire MeetingRoom Servers provide the ultimate combination of price, flexibility and superior quality of service.

Managed Server

You may rent a server for your MeetingRoom(s) that Voxwire staff will fully manage for you. This is ideal for those with large Rooms over 1000 seats who require superior quality with additional levels of service and support. Rooms and Capacity Upgrades are still obtained through our online purchase system, and will be placed onto your Managed Server. We provide direct customer support to you and your guests with this option.

A Voxwire Managed Server requires a $200 installation fee and $200 per month for a minimum of one year, plus all applicable MeetingRoom charges.

Private Server

Voxwire offers dedicated Private Web Conferencing Servers which provide a complete turnkey branded MeetingRoom solution. The Voxwire Web Conferencing Server is ideal for Resellers or Service providers wanting to offer their own branded Web Conferencing products, and for large companies wanting complete control over how employees access their MeetingRooms. Larger companies can utilize the Voxwire Private Web Conferencing Server as an "INTRANET" communication system to reduce travel and telephone costs, increase company productivity, and protect confidential conversations.

You have access to all these features, and can even limit the features on a per room basis to your customers and/or staff.

Voxwire Private Web Conferencing Servers include the Voxwire Server Control Panel (VSCP) stand-alone "Manager" application. This powerful tool allows any computer on the Internet (requires windows XP, NT, 2000/2003 or Vista) to remotely control and securely manage the Voxwire Private Web Conferencing Server. The Voxwire Server Control Panel (VSCP) is included free of charge, and provides the ultimate flexibility for you to add, delete, modify and manage all MeetingRooms as well as customize and brand your MeetingRooms. You have the ability to turn on or off all the advanced MeetingRoom features such as Whiteboarding with Annotation, Power Point Presentation Sharing, File Transfers and Sharing, Web Co-Browsing, News and Message Of The Day Display and much much more.
