Your MeetingRoom will be ready for online meetings immediately
after you complete this process using a credit card. If you
want
to purchase
additional Rooms, you may do so inside Account Log-In after
you have established
your account. Your credit
card will be charged for the first month's license and the
one-time set-up fee. The monthly license fee will then be
automatically
charged every 30 days. You may log into your account and cancel
at any time. If you are not able to use a credit card, please
inquire about alternate payment options at billing@voxwire.com.
Security
As part of our security measures to protect against
credit card fraud, our card-processing gateway requires that
your Voxwire address match the billing address on your credit
card EXACTLY. So as you proceed with the purchase process,
please have your credit card billing statement available for
reference.

You may request a full refund anytime within your first 30 days.
Complete the Voxwire Refund Request
Form. If you elect to keep your MeetingRoom, you do not
need to do anything, as it will automatically rebill each month
on a 30-day cycle.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a Room, a Capacity Upgrade block, or any other
element of your account at any time from within your Account
Login. There is no charge for canceling. If you cancel prior
to the end of your monthly billing period, there is no refund
for unused portions.
Excluded Countries
Our products may be purchased globally, except from countries
that are currently blocked from commerce with the United States.
These currently include Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,
Sudan, and Syria. People from those countries CANNOT
purchase or access the MeetingRoom as guests.
