The Best Ways to Refer People

Our experience has clearly shown that most people will not just click on a Voxwire link placed on a website or in an email. There are three primary methods that produce referred customers:

Specifically, invite people into your Room for a discussion or meeting about YOUR product or service. This will introduce them to the technology and impress them with the quality. If you want to capitalize on their visit, you will want to encourage them to click on the "Powered by Voxwire" button in the Room or the "Get Your Own Room" button on the login page to get their own Room.
Send an email to people who know you and respect you. These might be your family, friends or customers. Remember, we have a zero-tolerance for SPAM. Also, Opt-In Lists DO NOT produce customers.
Prospect and target possible users by researching their website. Focus especially on companies, institutions or users whose primary existence requires communication, especially long distance and with larger groups. Get into a conversation with them. Ask them if they would benefit from an inexpensive online conferencing system. You can take it from there.

We can report that it is rare that an Affiliate will successfully refer a Voxwire customer without specific effort to encourage their prospect to take the next step to getting their own Room. However, Affiliates who have established credibility with people, companies, and institutions that can benefit from Voxwire Web Conferencing solutions can be very successful at generating significant referral commissions that will continue to produce residual income on a monthly basis.

Sending Affiliate Tracking URL's

When you become an Affiliate, you will create an "AFFILIATE ID" which becomes your tracking code. You will ALWAYS want to include this ID in the URL or hyperlink that you send to people inviting them to the Voxwire website or directly into your Room. It will remain on their computer until they delete cookies or it is replaced by another Affiliate's ID.

If you want to send people directly to the Voxwire website, direct them to the following URL, with your Affiliate Username inserted at the end:

If you want to have people come directly into your Room, make sure the Affiliate URL looks like this, with your Affiliate Username and the Room ID inserted in the appropriate places:

Notice that it DOES NOT have the Guest Access Code connected to the end of it like the shorter login URL without the Affiliate Code. The nature of this URL combination will not allow that. Therefore, if you use this URL, you will need to instruct your guests to type in the Access Code. We recommend you keep it simple and do not use capitalization.

When you use this URL to invite people into your Room, whenever they click on the Purchase Link, or a "Get Your Own Room" or "Powered by Voxwire" button, it will generate a commission for you. Since the best way to refer customers is to invite them into your Room, you will want to be sure to include your Affiliate URL.

If you are sending invitations to specific groups within your contact list, you can track the "campaign" which is reported inside your Affiliate Statistics. The URL looks like this, with your Campaign Code inserted in the appropriate place:

Reporting Information

We use automated Affiliate Tracking systems. It tracks the referring party (you) and matches it up with the commission amount. But as with Amazon.com and most other affiliate click-through systems, as a matter of privacy it does not tell you "who" made the purchase nor produce contact information for that customer. You are not expected to provide any customer service. Voxwire does that directly. In most cases, customers are not even aware that there is an Affiliate Program. So they are not expecting nor wanting to be contacted by you.

When someone you refer becomes a Voxwire Customer, you receive an automatic notification. You will also receive notification of any commissions applied to your Room account.
