Voxwire Group, Inc. has joined the fight against spam and has joined anti-spam organizations committed to finding solutions to the everyday problems associated with spamming.
Spam, (Unsolicited Commercial or Business E-mail sometimes called UCB or UCE), is email that advertises or promotes a product, business, or service to a person who has not requested information about the product, business, or service. Spam is much the same as brochures that are placed in your front door, on your windshield, or a Tele-Marketer phoning you at your home. Spam clutters E-mail boxes, wastes valuable time, and has become a serious nuisance worldwide. It harms the good name of the company and makes it more difficult for legitimate presentations and invitations from friends to be viewed. A person's E-mail box is a private space, and Voxwire respects and protects the privacy of others and will not tolerate any violation of this Anti-Spam policy.
Members can only send information containing the Voxwire name or a link to our website to people with whom they have a pre-existing relationship. This includes friends, family, employees, customers, vendors, and peers such as students and mutual club and association members. Even when sending to these people, you must include an easy way for them to request that you not contact them further, and you must honor their request.

If you have responded to an invitation and then receive a link to a Voxwire MeetingRoom, that does not constitute SPAM because you took an action that resulted in receiving the link to a MeetingRoom.
Advertisements are not Spam. By definition, an advertisement is not "in" someone's private space. Advertisements, for this definition, are messages or invitations that are generally "on" a website or other media that invite people to take an action to participate further. If you have come to this site or any site that invites you to a MeetingRoom as a result of clicking on a link or a banner, you have taken a step to look closer and have therefore not been Spammed.
If we receive a Spam complaint, the offended party must include the information they were sent with an explanation of how it was sent to them. If it appears to violate the terms of this Spam Policy, the Voxwire Customer under investigation will immediately be suspended pending their ability to prove they had a relationship with the offended party and that they met all the terms of this policy. If we determine the spamming complaint is valid and Voxwire Customer has intentionally broken our anti-spam policy, that Customer will be immediately terminated. Customers may be terminated or reinstated at the sole discretion of the Company.
