Question Title Does "flat rate" mean absolutely unlimited usage?
Yes it does. However, we have a clause in our Customer Agreement about "excessive use". We are able to offer flat rate pricing based on historical formulas that take into consideration that some customers use their Room(s) occasionally, while others use them every day and sometimes all day and evening long. If a formula imbalance were to ever develop, we would rather add a surcharge to a few customers than penalize everyone with a usage meter. But this has never been an issue and we do not expect it ever will be.
