Question Title I have a large company and need several Rooms. Should I purchase all my Rooms in one account, or get a separate account for each Room?
The answer depends on your needs. If you want to be responsible for the configuration of all the Rooms, then you can purchase them all in one account. But if you want to let your employees change a Room name, a greeting message or other features, you would have to give them your password and that would grant them access to the entire account. If you want your employees to be responsible for the configuration of their own Rooms, then you can set up a separate account for each of them. You may want to assign the passwords so that you can log in if need be. There is no extra charge for multiple accounts.

Note: Setting up separate accounts will expose the credit card information in each of them to any associates you give your account information to.
