Talk Key:

If you are authorized to speak, then holding down the Ctrl key, or click and holding the "Talk" key shown below, or clicking once on the lock icon to the right of the talk key permanently leaves your mic on.   If the lock key is on for multiple users, then you will have full duplex.   Full duplex only works well on high-speed connections, and does not work well while using Screen Sharing, or if on a desktop mic - generally desktop mics create an echo; headsets do not.
