Flash Settings:

Right-clicking anywhere in the session will bring up the individual Flash settings.   The first panel shows that "Allow" is checked; as is "Remember" so that this setting will be permanent.   The second and third panel show the drop-down menus for choosing mic and camera - usually they will be chosen automatically.
