What happens if more people try to enter my Room than my capacity permits?

They will receive an error message that the Room is full.

Of course, you will be able to see how many people are entering your Room compared to its capacity on the read-out just above the quality meter in your Room. If you see it filling up, you can log into your account with your username and password, and increase the capacity at any time. It will take effect immediately, even during a live meeting.
