Unlike other web conferencing products, it is not necessary for guests to purchase a license to talk with you. Anyone with speakers can join and hear you in your Meeting Room. If they have a microphone, they can speak with you. Everyone can interact in the text chat, and you can place documents and web pages on their screen. Because Voxwire's advanced technology is completely browser-based, utilizing Adobe Flash, anyone invited to your meeting room is most likely already ready to attend. Only a web browser, such as Internet Explorer or Firefox, and an optional webcam will be needed if your guests want to be seen by others. No telephone is required, and no complicated access codes.

Using Voxwire couldn't be simpler. Once you create a Meeting Room, you email invitations to everyone who you'd like to have attend. This can be done either through your own personal email, or through Voxwire's convenient "Invite Attendees" option right within the room. As depicted in the diagram above, everyone simply logs into your meeting room by logging onto the Voxwire network. You and your attendees web browser's connect through one of our central high speed web conferencing servers located in Voxwire's data center. You can then effortlessly see each other (if using webcams), talk with crystal clear audio, collaborate with whiteboards, use text chat, and present PowerPoint and other types of presentations through Voxwire's advanced, fluid interface. Voxwire's web conferencing meeting room saves you from multiple expensive license costs and high bandwidth charges by trying to hold meetings inside your own office.
Once signed up, you'll be provided a link to enter the meeting room. From there, you can easily invite others to join you.
